![]() The WUSB54GSC adapter had been out of production for a while.the last driver update was for Windows XP in 2008 (for Version 2 devices). IN VISTA go to the Connect To button in your Start menu, It should be under Computer and Network, it should show your router along with a 5 bar network strength graphic.įor me all I had to do was double click on the network and put in my WEP hex key and it conected. ![]() I dont know what you would do in Xp 圆4 system but I believe it has its own wireless manager like Vista and should be quite simalar. It should popup with a little message when it is completed but you will not be online yet. Go to Device Manager and find your WG111T in the list, Right Click and Update Driver.īrowse to the DRIVERS folder on your desktop when it asks where to look for the driver and the WG111T will install. Uninstall the smartwizard and remove everything in the NETGEAR folder. Go to your NETGEAR folder wherever you installed it to (Program Files x86 for me) and copy the DRIVERS folder to your desktop. Get the 2.1 setup for Vista and install it. In Vista the 1.3 version doesnt work so Facid's solution doesnt work for me. I use Vista premium 圆4 so someone else can test it on Xp but it should work for both.
